How Powerful Is Kang The Conqueror?

How Powerful Is Kang The Conqueror?

Story is not written, scholar– and neither is destiny! History is made! Made by the deeds of the strong! The brave! And destiny is forged! The historians, the students, the gray-beards– they come in the wake of the strong and write down what the brave have done! But it is the conquerors who change the world!” —Kang the Conqueror

Kang the Conqueror is a Marvel supervillain who has appeared in many comics and even in marvel cartoons before appearing in the famous TV series, Loki. Kang also goes by the name Nathaniel Richards. He can travel in time just as easily as we can stroll about in our neighborhood. His home planet is Other Earth, 31st Century or Earth-6311, which is way ahead of our time and technology. Often, Kang is seen fighting Avengers and Fantastic Four in the comics, but one of his most memorable appearances is the one in Loki.

Kang The Conquerer’s Notable Alias

Here is some information on the other identities of Kang the Conquerer-:

It is why he chose to become a superhero and joined the Young Avengers.

  6. Scarlet Centurion – When Kang was stuck in an era of Earth-6311, he abandoned his Rama-Tut avatar. Then he decided to become Scarlet Centurion to combat heroes of the modern era like Avengers and Fantastic Fours.

He enlisted many villains for the growth of his empire and eventually became so rich that he bought the Stark Tower.

Why is Kang so powerful?

If Kang can travel in time, he can also manipulate the timeline. If not, at least he knows what was going to happen to him and that makes him a powerful supervillain. But what are the other factors that make him so powerful?

One of the main reasons for him being so powerful is his home planet which is highly advanced in technology. He possesses several futuristic gadgets, which are not known by many. His stalwart and futuristic armor and battle-ready weapons add to his enormous strength and bestow him with fast reflexes to defeat anyone quite effortlessly. He is also resistant to the effects of radiation and ages quite slowly. He is said to carry air and food supply which can last for 30 days. Besides, Kang has traveled a lot in time, has fought umpteen wars, and knows a lot about technology. It makes him intellectually sharp and gives him an edge over his opponents.

The Strongest Version Of Kang The Conqueror

Although every version of Kang is powerful, the most powerful is Doom the Annihilating Conqueror, an amalgam of Doctor Doom, Annihilus, and Iron Lad version of Kang. Doctor Doom is a Marvel supervillain and is known to be the Kang of the fictional kingdom, Latveria in Marvel comics. Annihilus is another supervillain who is an inter-dimensional conqueror hailing from the negative zone of Earth-616.

Kang VS Thanos: Who Would Win?

We just talked about the capabilities of Kang and how powerful he is. Coming to Thanos, do I even need to mention how strong our very own superhuman Titan mutant is? I guess not. So if at all there has to be a fight between the two, who would win? Who is more powerful among the two?

To directly answer the question, Thanos will win anytime over Kang the conqueror in physical combat. Undoubtedly, Kang is super impressive as a villain because of his sturdy suit of armor, weapons, and an army that includes members from the future where he rules a good part of the universe. He has a mastery over gadgets and technology and can use time travel to do crazy stuff like raise Blackbolt’s son to destroy the Inhumans, raise the Apocalypses twins, or drive Scarlet Witch insane. But he is just a smart guy who could be beaten down (just how Captain America beat him in the comics).

When it comes to Thanos, Cap is not stronger than him. Thanos is a formidable megalomaniac who has been around since forever, improving his already impressive powers at every chance. Undoubtedly, he is the most powerful villain we have seen in MCU so far because of his ability to wipe half the universe IN A SNAP! Thanos is almost immortal, possesses superhuman strength, and is formidable even without the Infinity Gauntlet. So naturally, Thanos would overpower Kang the Conqueror in almost any way – physically, technologically, and strategically (you may refer to the article linked below).

Is Kang Stronger Than The Eternals?

Who are The Eternals?

Eternals are the extraterrestrial race of humanoids, who were created millions of years ago by Celestials when they visited Earth. They have been living on Earth for quite a long time and have been protecting it from the supervillains, Deviants, a race of humanoids created by the Celestials. The Eternals are capable of teleportation, telepathy, super strength, telekinesis, matter manipulation, flight through levitation, creating illusions, and shooting cosmic rays out of their eyes and hands.

Eternals VS Kang

Considering the powers of both Eternals and Kang, Eternals seem to be more powerful because of the following reasons:

  1. The Eternals have been living on Earth for almost millions of years and have also fought a huge number of battles. It makes them very adept at fighting tough battles.
  2. They have a regenerative body which helps them heal from most of the wounds easily.
  3. They have strengths like running at a great speed to beat their enemies in a few seconds. They also possess the ability to manipulate objects on the atomic level.
  4. One of their core strengths is that they can merge themselves to create a very powerful psychic form called Uni-Mind to fight mightier enemies.

Is Kang Stronger Than The Watchers?

First, let us see who the Watchers are?

The Watchers are known to be the oldest species in the MCU and are assigned to observe and compile knowledge on all aspects of the universe without any interference. The policy of non-interference was because of a reason – Once when the Watchers attempted to bestow knowledge on a species known as the Prosillicans and it resulted in the race destroying itself.

So Who Is More Powerful, Kang Or The Watchers?

Watchers are said to be one of the oldest species of the universe and have the powers to achieve any virtually desired effect whenever they want. They can also manipulate space and time and can project molecular energy, which makes them one of the most powerful beings. So if they decide to go against Kang, they can destroy him and his timeline as they can travel multiple universes, but Kang can travel only one universe. It is why the Watchers have an upper hand over Kang.

I hope this article helped solve some of your doubts about Kang the Conqueror.
